New Feature

Upload Documents — Now a Full Page

Uploading documents has moved from a small pop-up window to its own dedicated page. You now have more room to fill in document details, drag and drop your files, and link documents to existing work items — all without feeling cramped.

New Feature

Document Versions Now Have Custom Names

When you upload a new revision of a document, you can now give it a meaningful name like "Rev A" or "Issue 1" instead of an automatic number. That name then appears in the documents list so everyone on the team knows exactly which version they're looking at.

Improvement

Custom Document Segments

You can now create your own document segments (e.g. "Structural", "Legal") directly from the documents page. They appear as filter buttons at the top and once documents are added, the segment slots seamlessly into the main list with no duplicates.

New Feature

Meeting Invitations & Unread B adge

When a meeting is created, all invited participants are automatically notified. A badge now appears on the Meetings button in the sidebar so you can instantly see how many invitations you haven't checked yet. It clears as soon as you visit the Meetings page.

New Feature

Incomplete Project Setup Reminder on Dashboard

We've added a helpful reminder card on your dashboard so you never lose track of a project that hasn't been fully set up yet.

  • If a project is still in draft, a card will appear at the top of your dashboard letting you know it needs attention.
  • Click "Complete Setup" to pick up right where you left off.
  • Once you finish setting up the project, the reminder disappears automatically — no need to dismiss it manually.

New Feature

Role-Based Access — See Only What You Need

We've introduced smarter access control so each user only sees the pages and tools relevant to their role.

  • Pages like Finance, Compliance, and Settings are now restricted to users with the appropriate role.
  • Sidebar navigation automatically hides links to pages you don't have access to — keeping things clean and focused.
  • The Role Permissions and Approval Chain tabs in Team Management are only visible to project leads and administrators.

Improvement

Your Name is Pre-Filled When Accepting an Invitation

Accepting an invitation is now even faster — your name is already filled in for you.

  • When someone invites you by name, that name will automatically appear in the Name field on the sign-up screen.
  • You can still edit it if needed — it's just there to save you a step.
  • Works for both team invitations sent during project setup and invitations from the signup flow.

Bug Fix

Team Members Are Added with Their Correct Role

When you add someone from your organisation to a project, their actual role — such as Client Project Manager or Architect — is now correctly saved against the project.

  • Previously, team members were added with a generic label. Now their specific organisation role is recorded.
  • You can still change the role from the dropdown before saving if needed.
  • This makes it much easier to see at a glance who is responsible for what on each project.

Improvement

Document Details Only Show Information That Exists

The document detail page is now cleaner and easier to read — fields with no data simply don't appear.

  • Previously, empty fields like Parties, Contract Value, and Key Dates showed a dash, adding visual clutter.
  • Now, only fields that have actual information are displayed, making the page much tidier.
  • As documents are updated with more details over time, those fields will appear automatically.
